its a cb antenna ok for 27 megs if thats what you need it for

I remember the 2012 snapping a lot, seemed an inherent fault.

Yes ive had one and used it, good band width and will easily cover 10m (ssb-fm), with a tuner will also work very well on 12m

down side: the birds do like the radials so positioning it near the patio BBQ should be avoided ;)

mine was up for a year or two with no real problems

Thanks mate. The 10m ssb info was just what I wanted. I used something similar on cb years ago. Just wondered what it was like on ssb.
