I am afraid there is no single definitive answer to that question, as it depends exactly on what use you wish to put 2 meters and 70 cms to, ie FM vertical chat, SSB horizontal work whatever!
Also how simple/complex an installation you are thinking along the lines of!
Its not everyone wants beams and rotators, or simply a vertical co-linear etc., can you furnish a bit more info as to what you are hoping to achieve on the two bands mentioned?
