Post What is the most up to date image for DVMega?
I have the DVMega dual band on a PI3 board and want the latest software to run it as the D-Star commander software I was using was a little bugged and I cannot seem to get the Debian Jessie to boot for some reason. So is there any updated software or are we still on with 5 year old software from G4KLX?

Pi-star seems to be the popular choice now.

I have an issue and cannot get the digital voice dashboard to display WI-FI setting panel so have no way to work it wirelessly and have to be hard wired to the router where it is working fine. I have registered on the forum but as of yet have not had an acknowledgement of my application so cannot post as well as going into expert mode and entering my Wi-Fi details.
Using the RPI 3 B+ with GPIO DVMEGA dual band hat with updated firmware of 3.26.

You need to create a wpa. supplication file. The easiest way is to load pi-star and click pi-star tools. You can then click wi-fi builder and enter your ssid and password.when you click submit it will create a file which you then copy into the
sd card boot file.
After that it should work.

Well I found out that the PI3 I had had a failed WI-FI module and now the actual PI has failed so that was my main issue.

Glad you got to the bottom of it. The way I read the last postings I thought you were trying to get pi-star running on wi-fi.

i was trying to get my raspberry PI3 running via WIFI on the PI-Star software, witch of course never worked as there were more issues than I expected with my PI3.
