Felt the need for a 2m Vertical for more localized work. :hello:

So made me self a 2m FW Loop side fed with Qstub feeder from RG6 coax and Flex weave wire i had kicking about and a wooden frame work..

Popped onto the 210 2m ssb net sunday evening and found me self putting out good signals as well RX especially when only 10w from the rig via 15m of RG8X give s about 40% loss 6w reaching antenna was doing better than expected. :D And at about 36ft off ground

No need to trim SWR was most great on SSB and slightly higher on 145 FM range but still very low around 1:2 :-) :good:
