Post Small key
I want a small key for portable really small to throw in a small bag, I've looked around palm do one at $110 way too much.
It needs to be small and a straight key I can't use paddles, I've seen some diddy russian ones on flea bay but are they any good.

Problem with mini-keys is that they jump around.
Unless you strap it to your leg. :)

As a great small key, the old key 8A takes some beating & vy underrated - therefore quite cheap.

I the MFJ one. Costs 25 quid, looks like junk but works a treat. Its two handed mind...one to key and one to hold.

The other one i use is the 8amp straight key with strong magnets glued underneath. It sticks to the car...and stays stuck.

I used to do it myself back in the day.
If you strap a military key to your leg, it makes you feel dead butch like. :)

No doudt they were used during the early days of NATO, but really a ww2 key. There's a whole issue of Morsum Mag. devoted to its various guises.
I was originally taught morse on one , so I may be biased ☺.

MFJ have brought out the MFJ-566m I don't know if it's available in the UK yet, in the states it's about $30.

It looks an identical copy of the KC5ILR 3D printed key.

Small and ideal for what you are after, the KC5ILR key apparently work well so maybe the MFJ model works just as well.
