I'm arranging this for FISTS, but obviously the more the merrier...
QCX party? I know several members have created the little QCX transceivers for various bands – and one chap has dual banded it! I’d like to suggest a QCX QSO party on the weekend 24th / 25th March. This coincides with the change from BST to GMT (UTC for those who live the wrong side of the channel!). This is short notice but as most QCXs were built for 40m we need to catch the season I think. So 0001hrs 24th March to 2359hrs 25th March All times GMT/UTC/Z . Obviously any band you’ve built the rig for. Call CQ QCX.

Re: QCX party anyone?
Just had a look at mine, but can't find the mic socket?
Yep, sure did. Frankly, I still have worked only one more QCX and thats a sked with my mate.
Where the devil are they all???
The listen for learners also happened, but I think that flopped. In fact the QCX party wasnt too hot either, or at least not for me. Next event is the Alfred Vail scrabble which will run from May to August inclusive. Details to be published shortly.

We've had a row of weekends taken up by birthdays, mothers day, school projects etc. Next two weekends are committed already.
Have hardly been in the shack for a month now.
Sometimes just goes like that.
Still have two μBITXs that I haven't had the chance to look at
