Im using ecoflex 10. I compared losses with rg58 and it seemed so much better.

With low power you really do need to minimise our loses. If it’s only 10mtrs I’d go with ecoflex 10, or the M&P equivalent.
Contesting is irrelevant, it’s just a matter of making the best of your situation.
Similarly, with low power I wouldn’t worry about a preamp.
