Not much activity but IO95 has been activated regularly by G8PNN.
I'm not sure if he's been on recently or whether he's been concentrating much on higher bands.

Cheers

Tony

Gordon is out most contest nights up here, I am thinking of heading up to IO95CQ, Holy Island, to try out my homebrew rig.

I know Greg SP3RNZ was chasing me when I first popped up on 70Mhz for both MS and SSB, there are several of us now in 95 square not far from each other but 95CQ is and island off the North East coast and wondering if it holds any sought after IOTA status?

Is IOTA a thing on VHF?
I'm not really sure but I do know I've been given IOTA references by some European and Scandinavian stations, on 4M.

Cheers

There are a few who collect them on 6M.

I think Holy Island is EU120,so the same as places like the Isle of Wight, therefore not particularly rare..its the IO95 bit thats more interesting.
