GENERAL SITE RULES

Personal attacks on Admin or site moderators decisions will not be tolerated, decisions reached by Admin are made after careful consideration and are final in all cases and thus are expected to be considered as such. Personal attacks made to any member on site will also be removed and could also result in a warning.

Members are expected to conduct themselves on site as they would on air, treat people with respect and if you have an issue with a member keep it private and between yourselves via the PM facility or email.

We have a zero tolerance approach to posts made by members without a location in their profile. Location should be your nearest town followed by your Maidenhead locator, I.E. Oldham IO83WM.

Members must keep their email address up to date on site.

Any form of profanity will not be allowed regardless of whether written in text or *******, any post made with any reference to profanity regardless of the context will be removed without exception and poster banned.

Anything not specifically covered here will be dealt with on an as required basis, but a bit of common sense is often all that is needed, if in doubt, ask first.


ITEMS IN THE ADVERT SECTIONS

HRD is not eBay and the for sale section is exactly that, For Sale, and thus requires a price, most people know what they are prepared to sell at and if not there is a general discussion section to get an idea. if it’s in the for sale section on HRD then it must have a price and failure to do so will result in the post being removed.Items in the Exchange section must carry an idea of what your wanting in Exchange.

Please be aware adverts can only be edited within a 15 minute time frame from posting so please make sure you check before posting.

Do not reply to the for sale or Exchange Ads with random comments The point of being able to reply in the adverts sections is that any relevant technical questions can be asked and seen by all to save the seller replying same answer to multiple PM's. It is not for random passing of comments. The General Discussion section is for that. Do not post "PM sent" or "email sent". This puts other potential buyers off and stops sellers getting more interest. If you send a PM they will know about it.
A Breach of this rule will result in a 14 day BAN

Bumping of adverts is allowed but please do so sparingly, don’t abuse the privilege NO bumps allowed within any 24hrs of posting. Remember there are other ad’s as well as your own.

Remember: The rules will be fully enforced with no warnings, explanations or apologies for any action taken by the Admin/Moderator team. If you do not want action taken against you or your posts then please conduct yourself in an sensible, courteous manner and within our site rules and respect other members. The Site Owners will be in no way held responsible for any legal action arising from any post made of a slanderous or defamatory nature to any person or company by you the member, REMEMBER IF YOU CANNOT PROVE IT DO NOT POST IT.
