2E1MPC	24/01/13	trade	neutral	After fully testing the radio at home on 2 meters i discoverd it was only transmitting 20 watts although the radios meter was indicating 50 , Also the down button on the mic was not working , I know the mic to be fine as it is my old microphone ,This problem stops you entering the service menu ,The reason for neutral feed back and not negative in this deal is i should have checked fully this radio
