2mtrs 5 Element Crossed Yagi
Had this antenna for nearly 2 years now and not done anything with it reason being I know nothing about these, so looking for some info. I do not have any instructions so my problem is ---- are the two elements connected using a individual runs of coax or a Y lead, if it`s a y lead were would I get one from. And does anybody have the instruction's for Moonraker XYG5-2 2 meter 5 Element Crossed Yagi

Individual coax I think.. I have the 8 ele version, what a completely useless piece of aluminium, the gamma match stubs fill with water so after the first shower you never see a good match. Sorry I don't have a manual but if you drop on one could you scan it for me please, just to see what I'm doing wrong.

Well, it's Moonraker so there will probably be issues.
You can connect separate feeders and have a separate vertical and horizontal antennas. If the mounting mast goes through the elements the mast would have to be fiberglass, or some other insulating material.
You can use a phasing harness, either at the antenna, or in the shack, and have RHCP, or LHCP. Then it's just one feed to the radio. The harness could be remote switched, if at the antenna end, or you could have switching in the shack which could give you all four modes. Vertical, horizontal RHCP and LHCP. The complication with doing it in the shack is the need to keep the feeders identical in order to get the phase correct for the phasing system.
