Hi I just bought one of these Radioddity GD77 duel band Analog and DMR set, and reading the manual trying to get my head around it! does anyone know which buttons to push to set it on to Analog? I just cant find anything in the manual Thanks, John.

Hi John the radio needs programing it's not a standard Dual band radio they do work very well I had help in programing mine but I no longer use it but I am sure someone will be able to help you with it on here also have a look at facebook or youtube

Look for the nearest DMR repeater to you and contact the repeater keeper and ask him to programme it for you
99% of repeater keepers will have codeplugs for various radios for the UK or local repeaters, ask him for help operating the radio
It pays to throw a few quid to the keeper for programming it to the cost of the repeater (say a fiver)

Heres a list of DMR repeaters
Go to the nearest one to you on the map (zoom in), click on the balloon and it will have the keepers callsign on there

I have software (code plug) to set it up if you need it I can send a copy over (message me) it has the analogue for 2 and 70 in it, that said it only covers part of the band (FM simplex) it will give you a start and you can alter the software to get other parts you desire. For the digital side you will need to either set up for a local repeater or a personal 'hotspot'
