Post New to HF but not New to Radio Hello
Hi everyone this is my first post MW6WWZ personal Andy from North Wales Old Colwyn to be exact.
I have been messing around on radio since the 80s when my handle was Little Spice. I then moved into radio broadcasting on Community radio until I eventually took the plunge and sat my exam in November 2015.

Love the old SSB DXING and current setup is a Yaesu FT450AT with a 120m long END FED antenna.
I am buying another SSB radio this week either a Magnum s9 or Cobra 200 and going to through a Boafeng 2m hand held in as well to connect to my x50 vertical.

Hope to speak to you all soon 73 Andy

:hello: Welcome to the site Andy

 You have space for 120 metres of wire? Wow that sounds like a dream location for HF ham radio .

:) I notice by your choice of transceiver that you like ten metres and now that we are coming into the 'e' season this is a perfect time to be operating on that band . If you are operating on SSB build yourself a moxon rectangle or a two element quad and have some fun
;) I look forward to hearing you on Hf kind regards Adrian

Welcome Andy.
You'll blend into an Amateur radio forum better if you drop CB jargon, we prefer "name".....same when you're transmitting on amateur bands. ;)
